~~ Choose, Blessings or Cursing ~~
Today is Friday, Feb. 13, 2004. It is now 5:13AM. May God place His divine presence and power upon this message.
I will start this message in Deuteronomy 28. God is speaking here of the two covenants, law and grace. The more I learn the Word of God the more I see everything in the Book is about these two covenants. They are opposites. One is light, life and power. The other (law) is darkness, death and weak. God set these two covenants before Adam and commanded him not to partake or eat of the law ‘tree’. He said the day you eat of law, that day you will die. Now I know He said the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. But Scripture has to interpret Scripture. Paul said by the law is the KNOWLEDGE of Sin.
So don’t you see by this that he identified that tree as the law?
There are people who teach that sex was this tree; that Eve committed adultery with an animal called the serpent. No Scripture in the entire Book says this. So that is a lie. Nowhere does the Word say by sex or adultery is the knowledge of sin, or good and evil. The entire Scripture teaches that the law is death. We know that the law teaches what is good and evil. The Word said by the law shall no flesh be justified. If you go back to law, you fall from Grace. For by Grace are you saved. No one will ever be saved apart from the Grace of God. Grace is not in that law. The law demands that every disobedience be punished. No forgiveness. No Love, no mercy. No life. Choose this day life or death. Choose whether you will try to serve God by law or will you accept Grace?
Adam had a choice to either stay in Grace where God had placed him, or to go under the law. I will show you here in Isa. 66 what Adam’s sin was:
Isa 66:3 -He that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as if he cut off a dog's neck; he that offereth an oblation, as if he offered swine's blood; he that burneth incense, as if he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations. :4 -I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them;
This verse shows that because of this sacrificing of animals, God will choose delusions for them and bring their fears upon them. They feared death. It also shows that offering the blood of an ox or lamb, the OT sacrifices, is BLESSING AN IDOL. It was never of God! See that God said men chose this as their own way. Their soul delighted in these abominations of killing, eating, and offering the blood of lambs to God! Shocking, isn’t it? Men chose this killing of animals (Adam) - not God!
Isa 66:17 -They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one tree in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith the LORD.
Now don’t you see that this is speaking of that tree in the midst of the garden? And that they were trying to sanctify themselves? This was trying to serve God by law. See they killed a pig and ate it; thus starting the animal sacrifices which God never had any pleasure in. This brought death. As they killed this animal and ate its flesh, they also brought death into themselves. They were eating swine’s flesh and the abomination, which was the law. So He said they shall be consumed together, all who do this.
I had not intended to write any of that in this message, but it was placed on my heart, so I do what God tells me to do. I prayed for his leadership and anointing before starting this message. So I know he placed that here. You need to fully understand what law is and how it came into being among men, for that is what this message is about. I know this will be long, but I have learned that is how I like them.
God’s way has never been law. He said they chose their own way and this way leads to death. No one has ever been placed under the law by God. They chose this way for themselves. The Israelites always had a choice of either Grace or law. They were not forced to be under the law. Read my message on the two edged sword. This proves it. The stones Moses had had both the law and grace written upon it. One was on the front side and the other on the backside. The Word of God has both law and grace in it. You may choose either one. But if you choose law, you are choosing death.
If you think you HAVE to tithe, go to church, keep a weekly Sabbath or any of these other things, you have gone to law and there is no life there.
We live a Holy Life by His Spirit, which He has placed in us at the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. We do not become holy by doing things of the law. It becomes our nature of loving righteousness and hating iniquity by His Spirit within us. This is the only way of life.
God made a covenant with Noah to never destroy all flesh with a flood again. Noah had found grace in the eyes of the Lord and was spared this destruction. His family was the only ones saved. This is the grace covenant. Later God gave this grace covenant to Abraham. This was 400 years before He gave the law covenant to Moses. But what I have never heard anyone else teach is that at the same time God also wrote the Grace covenant on the backside of those stones. So they could choose either Grace or Law. Moses chose Grace. He had also found grace in the eyes of the Lord.
The fact that Moses was under grace while administering law to the nation proves that they also could have had grace. But what caused them to be under the law? Worshipping idols. The worship of idols is the separating place between the ones who are saved or under grace and the ones who are under law and lost.
If you worship or honour even one idol this takes you away from the one and only true God. He said you should worship him and him only. Else you are lost, worshipping idols. If you observe x-mas, Easter, Santa Clause, or any other such thing, this is the worship of idols and places you under the law covenant. You must be under either law or grace. There are no in-between grounds. You either worship idols or worship God and Him only.
All of the curses in the Book are under the law. All of the blessings are under the Grace Covenant. So if you go by law and worship an idol you chose the curses. If you reject all idols, such as the holidays, and live by Grace, then you chose the blessings and eternal life.
Now what is hard to see is that both covenants are being spoken of all through the entire Scriptures, from Genesis through Revelation. I will show you how to separate this in this message.
If you will read Deut. 27 and 28 you will see all the curses and the blessings pronounced by God. I have too much else to go into this message to type that here. But you really need to read this to fully understand this message. If you go under the law you absolutely must obey it every bit. No one has ever been able to do that except Jesus. So do not make the mistake of thinking you can. It will only bring the curses and death.
ONLY the blood of Jesus Christ and receiving His Spirit sanctifies us. If you go by law you place yourself under the blood of animals by which can never be forgiveness of sins. This gives you eternal death. If you worship even one idol you will be lost.
De 28:14 -And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them. :15- But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:
So see from this Scripture that if you go aside to even one idol all the curses will overtake you. So why will you die? Choose life, choose Grace.
De 28:25 -The LORD shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemies: thou shalt go out one way against them, and flee seven ways before them: and shalt be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.
This verse shows that at the close of the OT, after Jesus had pronounced them desolate, they were removed into all the ‘kingdoms’ of the earth via the seven churches. That is the kingdoms they were removed into. The seven churches are old Jerusalem in disguise. Among them is some wheat growing until the end of the world.
Verse 26: Their Carcasses (the law) shall be meat or eaten by the fowls of the air (Satan’s kingdom, and the beasts of the earth, Satan’s people.)
De 28:29 And thou shalt grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in darkness, and thou shalt not prosper in thy ways: and thou shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee.
This verse shows that those who cling to law after Jesus will be blind at noonday or in grace. They cannot see the good of Grace so they will never be saved.
De 28:30- Thou shalt betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with her: thou shalt build an house, and thou shalt not dwell therein: thou shalt plant a vineyard, and shalt not gather the grapes thereof.
This is speaking of the law betrothing a wife (the Bride) yet Jesus, Grace, is the one who actually did take her and bring forth children together. The law or house of Moses was not dwelt in, for it perished. They planted a vineyard or nation for God yet it never did produce the harvest. It perished.
Ro 7:4 -Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.
:5 -For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.
:6 -But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.
:7- What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.
:8 -But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead. :9 -For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.
Now this shows that we must be dead to the law by the body of Christ in order to be married to him.
Notice that verse 5 says that the motions of sins were by the law. This proves that the law was that tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
Verse 6 proves that the law is now dead and we should serve in the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter which is that dead law.
Verse 7 proves that without law we will not know sin, proving the law gives us the knowledge of sin or evil.
Verse 8 proves that sin was dead without the law. So law is what brought them into sin.
Verse 9 proves that without the law we were alive or had life. But the commandment brought sin and we died.
So see then how important it is to see and understand the difference in law and grace and to choose grace. If you choose law, you are in sin and dead. You can never be married to Christ so long as you partake of or eat of the law tree.
De 28:31- Thine ox shall be slain before thine eyes, and thou shalt not eat thereof: thine ass shall be violently taken away from before thy face, and shall not be restored to thee: thy sheep shall be given unto thine enemies, and thou shalt have none to rescue them.
This verse is marvelous in the revelation of it. Thine ‘OX’ shall be slain before thine eyes? What was their ‘OX’? The slain Lamb of God, Jesus Christ. Yes this shows that Jesus was slain right before their eyes and they could not eat of it or receive the benefits. They clung to law and could not eat of that tree of life. Their ass and sheep (the daily sacrifice of their animal sacrifices) was taken away (by the crucifixion of Jesus) before their face and the daily sacrifice was never restored to them to bring them before God.
Their ‘sheep’ (Jesus) was given to their enemies, the Grace People.
De 28:32 -Thy sons and thy daughters shall be given unto another people, and thine eyes shall look, and fail with longing for them all the daylong: and there shall be no might in thine hand.
This says that their sons and daughters, those prophesied of in Joel 2, the Pentecostal fathers, were given unto another people, the Gentiles or the ones who came into Grace or the true Church. There was no might or power in the hand of those who clung to law to get their children back.
De 28:33- The fruit of thy land, and all thy labours, shall a nation which thou knowest not eat up; and thou shalt be only oppressed and crushed alway:
Their fruit was bringing forth Jesus and his disciples. This went to the nation of Grace or the true Church and they were oppressed and crushed always.
De 28:34 -So that thou shalt be mad for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see.
This shows how they were incensed against the Christians and went to persecute them and destroy them.
De 28:35 -The LORD shall smite thee in the knees, and in the legs, with a sore botch that cannot be healed, from the sole of thy foot unto the top of thy head.
Read Isa. One in connection with this verse. Isa 1:4 -Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, and they are gone away backward. :5- Why should ye be stricken any more? Ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint. :6- From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrifying sores: they have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified with ointment :7- Your country is desolate, your cities are burned with fire: your land, strangers devour it in your presence, and it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers.
Verse 4 speaks of the condition of old Israel and of the church turned ‘backwards’ to law. It is both history and prophecy. Verses 5 and 6 show that they were the ones spoken of in Deut. that they were smitten from the head to the foot with wounds and sores.
Verse 7 shows their country (law) is desolate. This is spoken of as Jesus said to Jerusalem, behold your country is left unto you DESOLATE. It is both history and prophecy of the final state of the apostate church.
De 28:36- The LORD shall bring thee, and thy king which thou shalt set over thee, unto a nation which neither thou nor thy fathers have known; and there shalt thou serve other gods, wood and stone.
This verse proves that the entire nation of old Israel, along with this prophecy here of their setting up a king to rule over them, shall be brought unto another nation, that of the NT Church. There they began again their idol worship of other gods, of wood and stone, their church buildings. They always gloried in their big, fancy buildings. See Matt. 24. Even the disciples at that time were still glorying in their fancy buildings. But Jesus showed what he thought of them by saying not one ‘stone’ will be left upon another which shall not be thrown down. This speaks of that law and also every other stronghold of that OT.
De 28:38 -Thou shalt carry much seed out into the field, and shalt gather but little in; for the locust shall consume it.
This speaks of their much preaching in the nations into which they have been carried = the many different churches. They sowed much seed but gathered in little. They produced only a few who found the way to eternal life. The locust, the witnesses of Revelation, consumed the most of their seed.
De 28:39 -Thou shalt plant vineyards, and dress them, but shalt neither drink of the wine, nor gather the grapes; for the worms shall eat them.
These ‘churches’ of law planted vineyards and took care of them (their church members) but did not produce any real wine (Holy Ghost) nor gather the grapes for the ‘worms’ ate them. These worms are described in Joel one. This was the ministers of the Babylon Church, the whore. These ministers, with their lies, prevented this church from producing a true manchild.
De 28:40 -Thou shalt have olive trees throughout all thy coasts, but thou shalt not anoint thyself with the oil; for thine olive shall cast his fruit.
They had many churches (olive trees) but could not receive the oil or Holy Ghost, for their olive, the whore church cast his fruit. They deceived the people and therefore could never receive the real anointing.
De 28:41- Thou shalt beget sons and daughters, but thou shalt not enjoy them; for they shall go into captivity.
Both that law and the whore church (same thing) beget sons and daughters, but each time a true child of God was born there, they could not enjoy them, for they went into captivity to the true Church, the Spirit of God. This also speaks of those early Apostolic Fathers, who were the ‘children’ of that law nation.
De 28:42 -All thy trees and fruit of thy land shall the locust consume.
This is speaking of the locust of Rev. 9, the judgment ministers of God, who consumed the fruit and trees of the land of law.
De 28:43- The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and thou shalt come down very low. :44- He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail.
The ‘stranger’ means the Christians. They were the stranger and pilgrims in this earth. They were strangers to that law nation. They were lifted up very high above that law group. We were made the head and them the tail.
This was part of the curse pronounced by God to those who rejected his true covenant, Grace.
De 28:45- Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee:
46 -And they shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy seed for ever.
47 -Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;
48- Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee.
This shows that because they clung to law all the curses came upon them for a sign and wonder to their children (law folks) forever. Because they did not serve the Lord with joyfulness, but went aside to idols, they now have to serve the enemies, the Christians, but they are in hunger and thirst and in nakedness and in need of all things because no life was in that law covenant. This stranger, their enemies, the Christians, put a yoke of iron (that iron rule in Rev.) on them and destroyed them. This was done by Jesus and then followed by the Apostles and Christians.
Compare this with the description of the last church -- naked, blind and in need of all things, thinking they have need of nothing.
Choose whether you will try to serve God by law or will you accept Grace?
Adam had a choice to either stay in Grace where God had placed him, or to go under the law. I will show you here in Isa. 66 what Adam’s sin was:
Isa 66:3 -He that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as if he cut off a dog's neck; he that offereth an oblation, as if he offered swine's blood; he that burneth incense, as if he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations. :4 -I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them;
This verse shows that because of this sacrificing of animals, God will choose delusions for them and bring their fears upon them.

47 -Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;
