Sometimes when I sit down to write
I am shaking all over with fright.
Why? Asked the little mite?
I am afraid I will hit a new height.

Come now, said the little mite. You can do better than that.
Nope, said the writer, I must figure out a new hat.
What does hat have to do with writing a poem?
Well, you must put something into a head or hoem.

Never heard of hoem and spellcheck redoes it.
Well then try another kind of pit.
There that is the way to do a tick.
Must write a fun one for a chick.

This one is for annaw and ykceb. It must be a hit.
What be annaw and ykceb? Asked the little mit.
They is me two srethguad. They want one not sad.
So me must do them one for fun and they then be glad.

You speech makes my head spin and I see dread.
Why is this? See me has eyes in back of head
Sos that makes the spelling go from right to left.
Oh, that is good and I thought it was theft.

You not understand, writing poems is a big boj.
Spellcheck messes this kind up for they want things their way.
When you spells backwards, it throws spellcheck into a tif.
They will not let me do this my lif.

Bet ykceb and annaw could do this much better.
They had a great teacher from the letter.
Ykcub could also do this when he felt so
And that gives the two srethguad a double bow.

Yep, ykceb and annaw both very smart
skcihc. They will tear this apart.
But they know it is from the heart.
So they will know when to start

Yes, they will both rejoice and be glad
That they had a smart dad.
He had to be smart to marry oj.
We once had a baby jay.

The baby jay was a great pet
He was a lot of nuf and we let
Him stay inside the house
Just like a mouse.

How is that for a fun poem?
I must try to do this more often
