Has any human being actually seen the Eternal God? Let’s see what the Word of God says about this.
John 1: 18. No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
John 5: 37. And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape.
John 6: 45. It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.
46. Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father.
1John 4: 12. No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
1John 4: 20. If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
We must ‘see’ God by ‘seeing’ His works in His Son Jesus. This type of ‘seeing’ means to understand. But as to actually seeing with the physical eye any physical form of God, that has never been done. God is a Spirit. God is NOT a man.
